My younger cousin is a new believer in God. He told me about his difficulties when we met with each other lately. His work is very busy, the competition is very fierce and colleagues scheme against one another, plus he also met some setbacks at work recently. So he felt huge pressure and easily got anxious and lost his temper and sometimes he even couldn’t control himself. He felt very pained and asked me what should he do.
Hearing this reminded me of my previous similar state. At the time, I also felt very upset. Through praying to God, I saw the Scripture say: “Be not hasty in thy spirit to be angry: for anger resteth in the bosom of fools.” (Ecclesiastes 7:9).
